MarketPilot is an AI marketing platform operated by Premium Business IT Pty Ltd(Queensland, Australia). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions: support@pbit.com.au.
MarketPilot helps small businesses plan and produce marketing content with AI, publish it to channels they connect, and measure results. Features may change or improve over time.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for the business you manage in the app.
Use MarketPilot only for lawful marketing of a business you are authorised to represent. Do not use it to send spam, to publish misleading or infringing content, to breach any platform's rules, or to interfere with the service. You are responsible for the content you create and publish.
When you connect a social, publishing or measurement account (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WordPress, or Google Analytics, Search Console and Business Profile), you authorise MarketPilot to act on your behalf only for the actions you take in the app, such as approving a post, approving a listing change, or running a setup step. Content and listing changes reach a connected account only as a direct result of an action you take. You can disconnect any channel at any time, which deletes the stored token. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, and our handling of Google data is described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of the content you create in MarketPilot. You grant us the limited rights needed to generate, store, and publish that content at your direction. We do not sell your data and do not use your content to train AI models.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content can contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing anything before it is published.
To the extent permitted by law, Premium Business IT Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. On termination you can request export or deletion of your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
