MarketPilot is an AI marketing platform operated by Premium Business IT Pty Ltd(Queensland, Australia). You can contact us about anything in this policy at support@pbit.com.au.
Account details (name, email, business name), the content you create in the app (briefs, posts, videos, prospect notes), information about your business that you provide or that we read from your public website at your request, and tokens for the social and publishing accounts you choose to connect.
To run the product: generating marketing content with AI on your instruction, publishing to channels you have connected (always at your direction), researching prospects you add, and showing you results. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
When you connect a social account we store the access token securely (encrypted at rest) and use it only to publish content you have approved and to read basic page and post information needed to show results. We never post without an action you have taken in the app, such as approving or scheduling a post. You can disconnect any channel at any time from the Channels page, which deletes the stored token.
If you connect Google, MarketPilot asks only for the permissions the feature you are using needs. What each one is used for:
Google data is stored with your workspace in our database in Sydney, Australia, and is visible only to members of your workspace. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted at the application layer. We keep the latest 28 day snapshot of Analytics and Search Console figures and the listing details needed to show your setup status. Summaries of those figures, and the current listing text, are sent to our AI provider only to draft the recommendation or listing improvement you then review. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models.
You can remove access at any time. Click Disconnect on the Channels tab, which deletes the stored tokens, or remove MarketPilot from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored Google data is deleted within 30 days of disconnection or on request.
MarketPilot's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use trusted providers to deliver the product: Vercel and Supabase (hosting and database, Sydney region), Anthropic (AI text generation, United States), ElevenLabs (voice), Shotstack and fal (video rendering), Resend (email), and Stripe (payments). Each receives only what is needed to perform its function.
Your data is retained while your workspace is active. You can delete content, prospects, videos and channel connections in the app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@pbit.com.au from your account email, or see data deletion instructions. We action deletion requests within 30 days.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Channel tokens are additionally encrypted at the application layer. Workspaces are isolated from one another at the database level.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles. Contact us at the address above and we will respond within 30 days.
